Who am I?

I am a 33-year-old adopted Parisian, born and raised by the sea in Le Havre.

For the past ten years that I have lived in the 11th arrondissement, I have built my career in fashion and luxury as an E-commerce Manager. It's a fascinating profession — but one that involves screens, data, and performance.

In 2025, an awakening occurred. A visceral need to create, to let go. To let buried, unsuspected things resurface, things that daily life had ended up covering.

Urban life is wonderful — it stimulates, nourishes, and connects. But it also distances us. From nature, from silence, from ourselves. It takes time, it wears us out, it speeds everything up. Painting came as an escape from all that.

A space where time stands still. Where the body takes over the mind. Where one reconnects — with matter, with gesture, and, in a way, with oneself.

My Story with Art

I grew up with an artist father who owned his own studio and had many exhibitions over the years.

So it was surrounded by canvases, paint pots, and gestural handwriting that I developed my view of the world.

Since arriving in Paris, I have tirelessly explored museums, seeking to refine my eye, to understand what truly moved me, what sparked something within me.

In 2022, I took the plunge by joining the painting classes at the Mairie de Paris, at the Marc Bloch workshop in the 18th arrondissement. It was there that I truly began to learn the practice.

And that's how a new relationship developed — with matter, with colors, with gesture.
